Hello! I'm Candace, a self-taught artist and big fan of animation and illustration. Some of my current inspirations are anime, D&D, and FFXIV!Whenever I'm free, I also enjoy streaming video games on Twitch as a PNGTuber. I typically play indie games, visual novels, platformers, and RPGs. Occasionally I may even stream art sessions!

Terms of Service

By ordering a commission, you agree to the terms of service listed below. Violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of the commission and a potential ban from commissioning them again in the future.GENERAL- The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
- Any rude or inappropriate behavior from the commissioner will not be tolerated and the commission will be canceled and refunded.
- All communication between the artist and the commissioner will be conducted via email, instant messaging, and/or social media.
- All personal information between the artist and the commissioner will be kept private and confidential.COMMISSION PROCESS & DELIVERY- Commissions will be complete within 2-4 weeks after payment. The commissioner will be promptly notified if there are delays or changes in the schedule.
- Once payment has been received, the artist will ask the commissioner for information and references before starting the sketch process.
- A sketch of the commission will be sent for approval. The commissioner must review and approve the sketch before the artist proceeds to create the final product.
- Work-In-Progress (WIPs) images will be sent throughout the process of the commission for review and approval. Additional progress shots are available upon request.
- Minor changes to the commission can be requested before the final product is completed.
- Major changes after the final product has been delivered, such as an outfit or pose change, background changes, etc., will be considered a redraw and charged as a separate commission.
- All digital art commissions will be delivered via instant messaging or email, and will not require physical shipping.PAYMENT & REFUNDS- The artist will not start on the commission until payment has been received.
- The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or life situations that prevent them from completing it. The commissioner will be notified if their commission has been canceled.
- To request a refund, please discuss it with the artist first instead of requesting a chargeback. This helps avoid any complications with PayPal.
- Full refunds are available at the early stages of the commission. If the commission is nearly complete, a partial refund will be issued instead.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY- The commissioner may not claim the artist's work as theirs.
- The commissioner may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without the artist's consent, such as prints and redistribution of the commissioned image(s).
- The artist does not claim any rights to the characters and other intellectual properties used in the commissioned art unless they are their own.
- The commissioner is allowed to upload commissioned art provided that the watermark/signature is visible and/or proper artist credit is given within the post. Examples of giving artist credit include:
- Mentioning the artist's username, veryrobust.
- Placing a link to the artist's art blog, website, or other affiliated sites.
